This page explains what we do with the data you leave in the Clindr pre-registration form. The app itself has its own, broader privacy policy, published inside the application.

What we collect
Your email address and the professional field you select. Optionally, the name you want us to use, your career stage and your province.
We also automatically store the language you used, the date and time, and a hash of your IP address. The hash is used solely to rate-limit form submissions; your IP is not stored in the clear and cannot be used to locate you.
We do not ask for your colegiado number in this form, nor for health data, nor for any of the special-category data listed in article 9 GDPR.
What we use it for
To email you when the Clindr beta opens and when it launches, and to order access to the beta. Nothing else.
We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and we do not use your address for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form (article 6.1.a GDPR), together with your authorisation to receive that message by email (article 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE).
You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent and, at the latest, until 6 months after Clindr launches publicly. The pre-registration list is then deleted.
Who else sees it
We do not share your data with third parties. It is stored on a server we manage at Hetzner Online GmbH (Alemania, UE), acting as our processor.
No email has been sent to this list yet. Before the first send we will identify the email provider here and, if it involves an international transfer, the safeguards covering it.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, withdraw your consent, object to processing, request restriction and ask for portability by writing to privacidad@islasdigital.xyz. We answer within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Unsubscribing
Write to privacidad@islasdigital.xyz with the word "baja", or use the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. We delete your address rather than marking it inactive.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tooling. There is nothing to accept or reject.
Minimum age
Clindr is a service for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not submit this form.
